Please note: Mozilla FIREFOX or Google CHROME web browsers should be used for Voice-Check's online editor. Microsoft Internet Explorer web browser is not yet compatible with the HTML-5 functions used by the editor.

Step 1: Exporting Checklists

At Voice-Check's menu screen press your Android's "options" button. On the options menu press "Export lists".

Voice-Check will acknowledge that your checklists have been exported to the phone's SD card.

Step 2: Connecting your Android

Attach your Android to the PC using the phone or tablet's USB cable. You should get a prompt similar to the one shown here.

Press "Turn on USB Storage".

If your Android does not provide this prompt you may not have the required USB drivers installed on your PC. Contact your phone carrier to obtain your Android's USB / PC drivers.

Step 3: Locate the Voice-Check folder

Your PC will detect the USB connection and provide a prompt (below - left). The Android will be assigned a "Removable Disk" drive letter, in this case "F:" Note the drive letter and location of the Voice-Check folder. You can then close the file window.

Step 4: Loading and saving checklist files

Now that your Android is connected to the PC, you can open the Voice-Check online editor. Open the editor page using Firefox, Chrome or an alternative HTML-5 compatible web browser.

Google CHROME
Click the Choose file button and navigate to the Voice-Check folder. Select the desired checklist data file and then click OPEN. The file name will appear next to the button.

Click the LOAD FILE button. Your checklist will appear in the editing window.

Mozzila FIREFOX
Click the BROWSE button and navigate to the Voice-Check folder. Select the desired checklist data file and then click OPEN. The file name will appear in the "browse" window.

Click the LOAD FILE button. Your checklist will appear in the editing window.

When you are finished with editing make sure you click on the checkbox next to the SAVE button. Then save the checklist data file by clicking SAVE. Important note: Make sure the file name matches the original file. That is, make sure you replace checklist-1.dat (for example) with checklist-1.dat.

Final Step - Importing: Now that your edited checklist has been saved on your Android, open the Voice-Check app. Press the options menu and press "import lists" to install your edited checklists.
